We want you and your cats to be happy with your TeliCub purchase. If you need to return your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be:
- Returned with all original components and accessories
- Clean and free from excessive pet hair, stains, odors, waste, or other contamination
- Free from damage caused by scratching, chewing, misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
- Returned in a condition suitable for inspection and resale
Because this is a pet-use product, we recommend checking the product dimensions and your cat’s measurements before use.
Please note: A cat’s individual preference or willingness to use the carrier, tunnel, or scratcher cannot be guaranteed. A pet simply not showing interest in or preferring the product does not qualify the item as defective.
Used or Damaged Products
We understand that your cat may briefly inspect or try the product when you first receive it. However, products showing significant signs of use—including heavy scratching, chewing damage, excessive pet hair, stains, strong odors, waste, or other contamination—may not be eligible for a standard return.
Returns that are missing components, accessories, or parts may be refused or may have the value of the missing items deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
We’ll review the information and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, replacement part, or refund at no additional cost to you.
