Before each use, inspect the product, including zippers, straps, fasteners, mesh, structural supports, connection points, and other components. Do not continue using the product if any component is damaged or compromised in a way that could affect safe use.

Pets should be appropriately supervised when using the product, particularly during initial use or when the product is configured as an activity house, tunnel, or scratching area.

Damage resulting from chewing, excessive scratching, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Travel and Transportation

Customers are responsible for determining whether a TeliCub carrier is suitable for their intended method of transportation.

Airline, train, bus, and other transportation providers may have their own requirements regarding pet carrier dimensions, construction, weight, and permitted use.

Unless expressly stated for a specific product, TeliCub does not guarantee that a product will be accepted by any particular airline or transportation provider.

Please confirm current requirements directly with your transportation provider before traveling.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your shipping address and order information carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after processing or shipment has begun.
